SereneMind is hiring postgraduate Counsellors/Psychologists/Social Workers to join a private practice built for rapid and accessible high-quality care across a wide variety of clients. You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Clinicians with relevant training may also conduct psychological assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Work:
- Implement therapy
- Conduct intake/risk screening
- Maintain documentation
- Coordinate referrals
- Conduct assessments (if applicable)

Practice Operations:
- Deliver sessions in-person/online
- Maintain scheduling
- Participate in case discussions

Requirements

Postgraduate qualification
Registered with professional body (SAC/SPS/SRP)
Demonstrated relational competence
Comfortable with digital workflows

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years supervised experience
Couples/family experience
Assessment training
